[Sloop Scoop 2013] Come wish me farewell and happy birthday on March 1

Ahoy all.

I'm finally cleared to leave for post,  and I leave for Côte d'Ivoire on 
Monday evening, March 3, for a two-year tour.  I'll be in Chicago on 
March 1st, so come wish me happy birthday, bon voyage and godspeed March 
1 at 4:30 pm at 7-10 restaurant on 55th street.  My birthday is next 
Friday, March 7. I'll be 51, and I never really celebrated 50, so let's 
do both! Drop me a note if you think you can make it so I'll have an 
idea of how many may show up. I'll be there until about 7:30 p.m. Hope 
to see some of you!
