[Sloop Scoop 2003] Lisa/Schuy's Birthday and Show --Save March 8th!

Greetings sailors and sailees (and people who rarely or never sail with me 
but like reading the Sloop Scoop anyway)--

As promised, here's the initial scoop about my show -- the first 
celebration of the 2003 season.  Meet and mix with wonderful people like 
yourselves, eat, drink, and celebrate with me!

Save the Date!!!--March 8th

In celebration of my 40th birthday on March 7th, I am presenting a 
gift:  multiMEdia--my much-delayed response to the question "What exactly 
do you do?"

multiMEdia (the many "me"s of the day) is my first show, an installation 
and performance of the fruits of 40 years:  writing, visual arts, music, 
video, animation and interactive media.

multiMEdia will share my explorations of family, life, travel & adventure, 
and relationships with friends/strangers/the world.

multiMEdia will also include multiYOUdia, a mini-installation in which you 
are encouraged to share your own creativity and thoughts with me and each 
other.

multiMEdia will have it's brief incarnation between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on 
Saturday March 8, 2003, at Augustana Lutheran Church in Hyde Park in Chicago.

An invitation and details will follow within the next few weeks, but I 
wanted to give you time to plan ahead to attend.

Please feel free to bring family, friends and colleagues, for the most 
personal of art is often the most universal.
